FIU’s Hispanic Serving Institution Project will be known for improving student success, retention, and graduation by promoting academic excellence, enhancing student support through the use of technology, and encouraging intellectual and professional development throughout the university community.

To provide effective assistance for FIU Hispanic & low-income students through self-efficacy and social support resulting in higher retention and graduation rates.
